The Lombardy Aerospace Cluster joins Confindustria Varese’s “Form Up for Executives” program
A meeting was held yesterday as part of “Form Up for Executives”—a training program offered by Confindustria to staff members within its network who have at least five years of seniority. The program is designed to enhance cross-functional expertise, provide a deeper understanding of how businesses operate, and strengthen the ability to take a holistic view of organizational and association-related processes. The event, hosted by Confindustria Varese, served as an opportunity for strategic discussion focused on the aerospace sector.
During the meeting, LAC President Paolo Cerabolini and Paola Margnini, Head of the Research Department at Confindustria Varese, outlined the role and activities of the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster. Key topics of discussion included the operational dynamics of a cluster, as well as strategies for rebuilding and strengthening the Lombardy aerospace supply chain.
The event served as a valuable forum for sharing growth strategies, technological innovation projects, and collaboration models aimed at strengthening the sector’s competitiveness. Leveraging local expertise and fostering synergy among companies are key factors in addressing future industrial challenges.
We thank Confindustria Varese for the opportunity for dialogue, and all the participants for their contribution to the discussion.
